Immunological Assays
Immunological assays are biochemical testing methods that measure the amount of a molecule of substance in a sample by using an antibody or antigen. Immunological assays include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
