In the past year, we have continuously launched novel genotyping assays based on Canon’s expertise with high-resolution melting (HRM). 

Are there DNA targets in your lab which are difficult to genotype using standard PCR or sequencing? HRM is an alternative solution that addresses focused genotyping needs. We have developed a library of common and unique targets for identifying single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), small indels, and large deletions. Using any HRM-enabled thermocycler you can get conclusive results in a variety of research areas including cancer, neuroscience, and pharmacogenetics.
