LabRoots just spent the last three days in New Orleans, LA at the American Society for Microbiology annual meeting for 2015. It was a pleasure to participate in the conference as an exhibitor and to meet so many great people and companies!
asm2015 highlighted the central role of microbes in our world. Diverse areas of microbiology were covered through interactive workshops, scientific sessions, and networking events. Topics at the conference included Engineering Microbial Communities, Phage Discovery, Bacterial Translocation, Phototrophic Microbes, Infectious Disease and Epidemiology, Microbial Symbioses, Next Generation Microbiology Education, and Single Cell Dynamics just to name a few.
The LabRoots booth stayed busy teaching attendees about LabRoots and what the site can do for them, showcasing popular educational webinars, and of course, giving away our prized t-shirts. Our experience at asm2015 surpassed our expectations! Don’t forget to look for us next year at asm-microbe 2016!
