Imaging Flow Cytometry (IFC) combines the techniques of flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy allowing for analysis of the morphology of a large number of cells. In addition to evaluating heterogenous cell populations, IFC can be used to analyze samples containing low expression of a cell population.
