Abstract
Cell health assessment is the foundation in cancer drug discovery. Potential cancer drug candidates need to show anti-cancer activity such as inhibition of proliferation and induction of apoptosis to cancer cells. In this two-part seminar, we will first highlight key cell proliferation and apoptosis assays compatible with our latest multimode microplate reader. After which, using CellEvent™ caspase 3/7 assay as example, we present the preferred workflow to help maximize data acquisition in assay measurement on both microplate reader and fluorescent microscopes using the same sample.

Learning Objectives
  • Outline various cell health assays used in cancer drug discovery
  • Discover the flexibility and ease of use in Varioskan ALF
  • Demonstrate how EVOS™ M5000 Stage View’s location intelligence feature helps in long-term tracking and analysis of cells

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
