This presentation will cover some of the simplest troubleshooting techniques that a customer can complete themselves before calling for technical support. The issues that we will present account for a large proportion of our calls and could save analysts unnecessary downtime and increase productivity. None of the remedial actions require any special tools or parts, just the ion chromatograph itself, Thermo Scientific™Chromeleon™ CDS Software and an understanding of the basic parameters and chromatography.
