Clean is the new bright! Flow Cytometry Panel design with Invitrogen™ NovaFluor™ dyes

NovaFluor dyes are novel fluorophores for flow cytometry, designed with narrow emission spectra and minimal cross-laser excitation. NovaFluor dyes are engineered to emit at specific intervals and can be used to either replace certain conventional dyes to reduce spillover/spread or to add extra markers to a panel by filling in the spectral gaps. We will investigate best practices in panel design and how to incorporate NovaFluor Dyes to increase the capacity of your flow panels while minimizing the impact on biological resolution.
