Design of Ready to Use Advanced Crop Genotyping Solutions

Thermo Fisher Scientific has been working with KOLs and leading researchers for over the past 10 years to develop publicly available catalog Axiom microarray and AgriSeq targeted sequencing NGS based panels for several of the leading global crop species including strawberry and wheat. Over the course of the past year Thermo Fisher Scientific has taken the initiative to develop over 20 crops sequencing panels for 12 of the leading crop species including wheat, maize, strawberry, pepper and tomato that are both high density 3k to 5k panels as well as lower density 100 to 500 marker QAQC and Trait panels for breeding applications. In this webinar some of these KOLs will be presenting data from recent development AgriSeq projects for wheat and strawberry and Thermo Fisher Scientific will be summarizing their development work of several of the most important Crop PreDesigned Sequencing panels.
