FCM Fixation buffer (10X) | Santa Cruz Biotechnology
intended for preservaton of human and rodent cells (cultured or from a blood sample) prior to permeabilization with FCM Permeabilization Buffer and subsequent intracellular staining with monoclonal or polyclonal fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies. FCM Fixation Buffer may also be used to preserve cell surface epitopes that have previously been stained.
