New technologies, new procedures, and new ideas are developed every day. For cardiology at Saint Mary's, a new device for surgical implanting, called CardioMEMS, is frequently used during heart surgery. Originally introduced at St. Jude's Medical, CardioMEMS is a tool for "comprehensive heart failure care."
