But eater beware: the occasional bite may save you time, yet a steady diet of this high-sodium fast food has been linked with chronic disease.

A recent study by the Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital, Dallas, has found excessive consumption of ramen is linked with increased risks of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.
