Man Punches Kangaroo in the Face to Save Dog

When it comes to man's best friend, sometimes the best of pet owners will put their lives on the line to save their dog.

In the case of this Australian man who found one of his dogs in a death grip by a kangaroo, he decided to show the kangaroo who's boss.

After fleeing from the vehicle to run to the dog's aid, the kangaroo dropped the dog and faced the man, who then punched the kangaroo right in the kisser.

This is a situation that could have gotten ugly real fast, but fortunately the kangaroo decided to back off after moments of stare down and contemplation.

We'd say it was the lucky day of the dog and the man who stood up for it.
