IK1 (D-5) AC | Santa Cruz Biotechnology

mouse monoclonal IgG1; IK1 Antibody (D-5) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal IK1 antibody (also designated Potassium Calcium-Activated Channel Subfamily N Member 4 antibody, KCa3.1 antibody, Potassium Channel Calcium Activated Intermediate/Small Conductance Subfamily N Alpha Member 4 antibody, HIKCa1 antibody, SKCa 4 antibody, IKCA1 antibody, HKCa4 antibody, SKCa4 antibody, KCA4 antibody, HSK4 antibody, IK1 antibody, SK4 antibody, IK antibody, Putative Erythrocyte Intermediate Conductance Calcium-Activated Potassium Gardos Channel antibody, or Intermediate Conductance Calcium-Activated Potassium Channel antibody) that detects the IK1 protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. IK1 Antibody (D-5) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-IK1 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-IK1 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The intermediate conductance calcium-activated potassium channel protein 4 (SK4 or IK1) is a member of the KCNN family of potassium channels. IK1 is an integral membrane protein that functions in a variety of physiological functions. Activation of the IK1 channel is induced by intracellular calcium levels and regulated by calmodulin.
